Neutral Good, Sorcerer
Nick Hale is a Neutral Good Sorcerer with chaotic tendencies who’s been mastering dungeons for over 20 years. His love affair with the game was born when he got one grubby, little 15 year-old hand on all five discs of Baldur’s Gate for the PC and the other on his dad’s copy of AD&D’s Deities and Demigods.
Then, it was only a matter of days before he had his sister and step-dad going head-to-head in a fight to the death: Aphrodite vs Odin. He’s been telling stories and finding excuses to make powerful things punch each other ever since.

Lawful Good, Paladin
Ben MF Whitmore is a Lawful Good Paladin. This explains why, when minding his own business - shelving CDs in the World Music section of the Borders where he and Max worked - as Max approached him in hushed tones saying, “Hey, Man….you wanna…,” Ben immediately assumed the next words would be: “buy some drugs?’ Not, “come over and play Dungeons and Dragon?”
Ben hadn’t ever played, but had always wanted to ever since that one art class in high school when he got a fortuitous seat assignment next to Jordan, who kept drawing cool looking spaceships. Before Ben knew it, he was buying his first set of Space Marines.

Max Sirak is a True Neutral Rogue. He came to the game during 6th grade. Only for him it was at computer camp. He’d never heard of Dungeons and Dragons, but the friends he was with had. And, when they spotted a group of high-schoolers playing, but were too scared to approach, Max stepped up to help his homies.
“You’ve played, right” asked a guy 17-times his size with a full mustache. Lying through his teeth, voice cracking Max squeaked, “Uh..yes.”
After what seemed like an eternity, where he was certain he’d be caught and killed, the enormous man, Alex, The DM, smiled. “Have a seat….”

Tony Madonna is a Neutral Good Bard and, as such, has worn many, many different hats.
English teacher, Basketball coach. Restaurant manager. Professional drummer. Sailor. Snowboarder. Discgolfer. Self-taught coder. Etc...
His origin story begins in middle school, during a fate-filled meeting of the the Chess Club. His friend, Isiah, approached him and five others with a novel idea: “Hey - I made up a game called Dungeons and Pac-Man. If you want to play I need you to pick out your favorite video game character to be while we go on adventures and fight monsters and find treasure.” Tony decided it was Sora he wanted to bring off the screen into his 6th grade life.
